Bringing Back Monthly Challenge - There will be Overall Winners for Most Weight Dropped and Overall Monthly Transformation. Before Pictures have to be Submitted (Front, Side, Back views in same outfit / same pose / same angle / same place they took the pic + picture of weight on scale ) Sunday before challenge starts and After pictures need to be Submitted by 12AM Sunday morning.
Monthly challenge includes 12 Classes + Add ons for $150 or $175 if you want a Meal plan to be Added with this ( allow for 72 hours for meal plan to be created
Rules
Before Pictures Need to be Sent in by 1/30/22 by 10PM- Side , Front, Back view - Same Clothes / Same Angles/ Same background- Also include a picture of the scale so we can see your weight
After Pictures Need to be submitted by 2/25/22- Same clothes /Same Angles/ Same background- Also include a picture of the scale so we can see your weight
LTL Virtual Bootcamps are designed to provide a total body HIIT workout in the comfort of your home— with or without equipment. Body weight is enough, but if you have dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, etc bring them for an extra push💪🏾.
I have a List of links of equipment from Amazon (but you can buy at any store) that we use if you are looking to add to your Arsenal. If you need Modifications for exercises, they are always provided.
